I’m trying my best to think of any but I cannot. The environment is incredibly hostal between departments, HR has reduced a lot of hard workers pay, drivers who work 10-14 hours have been cut and now the payment is less than their expenses, we’ll be bankrupt by the end of the year if these new changes from HR are not rectify through the legal proceeding.
Cons
Toxic environment, inequitable pay to hard manual labours, HR is not fair and leads with aweful bias/judgments and goes against the union handbook. Labour laws are being breeched. No time for drivers to eat on the road as we have quotas to meet and sort isn’t completed by drivers anymore which delays our day. Cannot have any work/home balance due to coming home in the late evenings when families are sleeping and leaving in early morning to go to work. This is not how management and HR used to be but since 2024 it has gotten really bad. We get paid incorrectly, delayed pays, missing payments.
