Pros
I did over the time I worked there have a couple of lovely senior agents & supervisors who actually treated their agents kindly & fairly and I remember them fondly.
Cons
Some supervisors are so spiteful, childish & two-faced, it’s unbelievable that they are allowed to continue in their roles despite all the many, many claims of bullying that they have had made against them so from that you can only assume that at best management don’t care or at worse are as bad as the supervisors themselves. It appears that the requirements to be a supervisor are 1) to be young & bimbo-ish, 2) to be childish & giggly 3) to be lazy & 4) to be mean, spiteful & back stabbing.
