- NO CONSEQUENCES for lead and supervisor who were reported to HR for sexual harassment and creating hostile work environment - Complete lack of leadership and competence among supervisors - Very poorly and inefficiently run - some supervisors and leads are downright condescending and disrespectful - past experience irrelevant to job title, pay, responsibilities, as job title is purely "luck of draw" vs qualifications, experience, and/or merit - mandatory overtime every single week (8 hr shifts, so 6-7 day workweeks indefinitely)
