      Pros

      The best reason to work at Exel has to do with the customer base and volume of customers. Working for and with many of the Fortune 500 companies is challenging yet very rewarding.

      Cons

      The downside to Exel is that it is very easy to say that the expectation, "Live to Work" instead of "Work to Live."

      Pros

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
