Bad Choice for young professionals - Sales Development Representative Databricks Employee Review

There is a systemic development problem within the sdr org. I would go to a more established company that is renowned for its training and career paths. As a young professional you need to go somewhere that will develop you and work hard to retain you. Unfortunately databricks is not that place right now.
