Pros
- benefit is the same fulltime or part time - can negotiate schedule with leader - active / sports person environment - can make own decision making in businees planning - eventhough for retail it have a lot of benefit medical, optical, staff purchase
Cons
- always need to cover the floor and shift even when my days off - high workload and expectation from leader amd store leader - too much jobscope / store too big / peoduct too many for only 1 person to cover a whole department
