Business Outlook
Pros
1- Teaches you every aspects of business and retail. 2- No hierarchy 3- Sports person with good communication skills can be selected easily.
Cons
1- work-life balance is not there . 2-you have to do physical( delivery from truck,implantation,customer attend,inventory,layout move) and mental(sales analysis,shrinkage control,local sport project,piloting and p&l management) work simultaneously which is many times very tiring and hectic.
