* Highly unorganised finance management. They say it is because Decathlon Ireland is in a start-up mode which is not an excuse considering Decathlon is a multi-million dollar company. * No specific departments. Tasks are randomly allocated and everyone does a bit of everything, which doesn't let people to gain experience in a specific field. If trying to look at the bright side of getting experience in various fields, the next point causes the problem * Worst trainings which are of no use. A lot of language gaps and knowledge gaps due to most experts being French or Asian * Too much workload for some * Too much French influence in everything mostly in various accounting aspects. They use a lot of French terms in accounting which can be confusing. * Congested Office
