Pros
Two years in, three roles, consistent top performer recognition at EMEA level. The growth is real if you put in the work. The product also makes the job easier than most SDR roles, global payroll, EOR, and HRIS are genuine pain points for any company hiring internationally, so you're not cold calling people about a solution they don't need. Pay is solid, fully remote, and the AEs I worked with made the job better. When SDR and AE alignment is there, the whole pipeline runs differently.
Cons
The company grows faster than its processes sometimes. Territory rules, attribution, cross-team coordination, these things are still maturing at the pace the business is scaling. You need to be the one chasing clarity rather than waiting for it to come to you. Fine if you're self-sufficient, harder if you need structure handed to you.
