Pros
1. Lots of growth opportunities (you can help out other teams you're not necessarily a part of, and this helps you get experience in that particular field, i.e. customer service staff get to help and participate in sales or marketing stuff, etc.) 2. Great team attitude and overall team relationship 3. GENUINELY cares for their customers AND the customer's pets 4. Remote work 5. Flexible schedule 6. Unlimited PTO 7. Kind, approachable bosses 8. No work-related stress
Cons
1. it can get boring when it's slow but I guess that's not entirely a bad thing (you just need to find other initiatives to make use of your time) 2. working remote makes it a little harder to form real life relationships with your coworkers (if that's one of your motivations for working better as a team member)
