We agree that Economical offers a rewarding pay and perks package that includes flexible benefits, pension and savings programs, paid personal needs days, wellness campaigns, and paid volunteer days. We think it’s one of the top reasons so many people join our team.
You mentioned our employee incentive bonus, which is paid out according to the business meeting specific financial targets. Happily, it’s been paid out many more times than not over our long and successful company history, but it’s something that cannot be guaranteed in a challenging, competitive market.
We’re sorry you were unhappy with turnover and job security. While we offer a positive work environment where employees can choose to stay for a satisfying career, turnover rates are growing in all industries. With the Canadian employment rate at an historic high, people have more choices, and frequent career changes are more common. Likewise, expectations are rapidly changing on the job security front.
