Regarding your comment about salary, we regularly review our compensation packages to ensure they remain competitive within the industry. Performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits for employees and eligible dependents, pension and savings program including company matched RRSPs, and a Definity Share Ownership program are all part of the total compensation package.
