We are, however, sorry to learn about the challenges you’ve encountered, particularly regarding workload, collaboration, and management style. We recognize that a supportive and understanding leadership team is crucial for creating a positive and productive work environment. Your feedback regarding middle management and the focus on numbers over context is valuable, and we will consider how we can better balance data-driven decision-making with an understanding of on-the-ground realities.
Your suggestions for greater involvement of leadership at the frontline, fostering more collaboration among managers, and improving horizontal career movement are appreciated.
