      Pros

      Visibility and exposure to various industry leaders in my workstream.

      Cons

      Projects and initiatives tend to be oversold to clients and deliberately understaffed to save on money/resources. Employees are put under enormous pressure to fill the gap that was not caused by them to begin with.
