Good culture and projects can be intersting if you land with the right project. People are kinda and easy going in the right team and right project.

Cons

Slow promotion and pay rise is hard, hence people leave.

Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
