Business Outlook
Pros
Not really any. Most investment banks at least have pay as a pro. Since Deutsche hasn't had a proper bonus points since 2008, they don't even have that.
Cons
Organization that has been continuously failing in slow motion for about 10 years. It's like the Knight in Monty Python who insists everything is a flesh would and just won't die. Massive layoffs every couple years...perpetually depleted bonus pools which are raided by the well connected leaving nothing for the rest of the company. Just look at their stock performance over and leadership turnover over the last decade. Says everything you need to know.
