Pros
DB gives people a great opportunity to work for a global european bank that is growing very fast especially in today's market. After lehman and ML they are definately going to be one of the top banks on wall street. Senior people can be very demanding, don't do investment banking unless you are ready to give up your life. Overall the pay was amazing, never made so much money in my life, there is alot of favortism towards ivy league graduates. Sometimes the "popular guy" gets respect, recognition, and bonuses over other harder working employees. The office in downtown is a pain if you want to live in village or midtown.
Cons
They are starting to cut back on perks and spending, our MD's had to pay for our summer outing out of their own pocket. No car service on weekends.
