I worked with some of the smartest/talented individuals that were willing to share their knowledge. We worked together to get the job done
Cons
When it came time to "transform" the organization, it took to long for SMT to put a plan in place. The rules changes frequently for my last 2 years there. It left many with little confidence in the SMT.
