Pros
Working at Digital Marketer has been a great experience so far! -The office is friendly and social, while still giving you enough peace to get your work done. -Each and everyone one of your co-workers is invested in both your professional, and personal success. -The work/life balance is fantastic. They want you to work while you're there, and relax when you're not. It is a "family-first" company. -The work is always fascinating, and focused on improving our client's experience.
Cons
We're growing so rapidly that sometimes it's hard to hire amazing and talented people so quickly. In turn, that work can fall on the shoulders of people that already have a full workload.
