Pros
Career Opportunities. 5 Weeks vacation!! Very friendly, collaborative environment. Yes there are occasional jerks, but for the most part people are helpful, friendly and nice to each other. I mostly encountered sharp people that work hard.
Cons
You will always be behind your competitors- Amex, Citi, Via, Mastercard are way ahead in terms of their networks and products.
