Pros
Paid vacation, good benefits, overtime available.
Cons
Hard to take time off, have to fit into time the company can schedule. If you're unexpectedly sick, or get sick at work, you will be penalized for going home vs. companies with paid vacation + sick time you can take unexpectedly. Not very flexible with work/life balance.
