Pros
PTO, paternity leave, and engineers (most of the great engineers are leaving or left due to management or underpaid/overworked due to staffing).
Cons
Management listening to engineers on products/road maps and staffing teams correctly. Engineers are overworked. HR is terrible while trying to apply for other roles internally. Had an HR employee lie to me by telling me my application wasn't considered because you can't skip a level. Then sends me the HR policy and the site had a DNS error. No career growth as engineers unless you move teams. Too many systems running on Legacy hypervisors.
