Pros
99 percent of my coworkers are super nice and courteous. My boss is really nice and supportive as is my coach. Pay is pretty good.
Cons
The numbers system as in keeping up with sales. The sales environment is high stress even the most competent sales person will have a few marks on their record since the sales minimum are high expectations. Even if all of your others scores and assistance of customers is impeccable if your sales aren’t meeting which is very difficult you are screwed.
