There's nobody at the wheel. Teams are destroying the systems on a daily basis, product experts don't have a clue on how things work. Everybody is making their own technical and product decisions with no coordination at all. Currently, salaries are frozen, travel expenses are not covered, and the personal budget for training is blocked. Every few weeks the leadership announces disruptive measures to change the course, disbands teams, fires people, cancels projects, and starts over.
