      Supportive coworkers who made shifts fun, flexible scheduling for students, simple tasks once trained, free or discounted drinks during shifts, and a fast-paced environment that makes time go by quickly.

      Cons

      Occasional rude customers, shifts can get very busy and stressful, not much room for advancement, pay is on the lower side compared to workload, and management can sometimes be inconsistent with communication.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
