      Scheduling is decided for the upcoming week the day before week begins and isn't consistently communicated causing missed shifts with all accountability on employees rather than poor planning and communication by mgr

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
