      cold area, there are aircons

      Cons

      - only one person per shift (11 hours working straight) - no proper lunch breaks (cannot close shop if we need to go on a break)

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
