      Great team members under me, horrible upper management

      Poor communication, lack of accountability, trying to push tasks on others who should not be responsible, poor work culture and environment (favoritism)

      Pros

      I like the actual job itself, the work is pretty enjoyable as far as fast food goes.

      Cons

      It's a minimum wage fast food job, there are pretty much no raises, there is a high turnover.
