      Pros

      Free Coffee, Donuts food for managers on shift.

      Cons

      60 hour work week. No benefits. Executive Management changes policies back and forth with no rhyme or reasoning. insufficient pay for responsibility.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
