Pros

You build a great idea of what true customer service is and it prepares you for further jobs along the way.

Cons

Alot of favoritism from certain managers in my opinion and everything has to be done Thier way even if you have it down in your own way.

Good company to work for, always had a good time and enjoyed seeing the same “regulars” every day

Sometimes the customers can be a pain.

Good first job- learned the ropes.

Management was not great; would not help out when we were all running around crazy trying to help guests and they would just stand there.
