      There are no pros at all

      Expectations are completely unrealistic. None of this franchises stores are fully staffed and the amount/type of daily work expectations are aligned with being fully staffed. District managers and Region managers give out laundry lists of tasks to complete within a day or two, all while still tending to the guests. It’s simply unrealistic standards.

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
