      all tasks are fairly simple to learn free coffee and donuts

      Cons

      minimum wage be careful that your franchisee isn't actually a corporation, in which case you can expect horrible management practices and 0% chance of your hard work paying off

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
