Pros
This job is for people that like a fast paced environment, and are great at multitasking , employees, restaurant's Orders and managing employees. Non less than having own daily responsibilities of their own that will be added to their work cycle.
Cons
The biggest disadvantage is the Salary, which only hourly based and it is not more than the employees that you and can sometimes be the same or less. Basically it is just more added responsibilities and a title that gives you little more authority than your Co-workers.
