      Pros

      Manager was friendly, accommodated our hours to fit our schedules and was responsive to questions. free donuts when closing. regular costumers were a delight to see each day.

      Cons

      Co-workers didn't really know how to deal with problem with costumers properly, could train employees better in that sense but that could just be their personality. other than that not a whole lot of cons since I only worked there for the summer months.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
