      Pros

      Free food, flexible scheduling, some customers were nice...

      Cons

      Long, early hours with no breaks, incompetent coworkers, high stress environment, management was ok but the owner was insufferable. I quit within a month of being hired, not sure how I even lasted that long.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
