Pros

Nice people, good work/life balance

Cons

ENGIE lost the DWP contract, which happens, however they refused to hand over important TUPE staff data to the new employer until the very last legal minute. This mean many of us are now in a situation where we still don't know if we will be made redundant with only 1 week left of the contract. We don't know where we will be working, if there are even jobs for us or what is going to happen. This situation has been caused by ENGIE's refusal to hand over the data. ENGIE did not show one ounce of care or compassion for it's employees throughout the whole process. It has been shambolic.

At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team
