I've made some wonderful friends. being subject to narcissistic management only makes you more determined to leave and shows you exactly what not to be like should you take a management role in the future.
Cons
Where do I start.. ALEXA play obsessed by Mariah Carey!! bullying from management, very cold and narcissistic also very sexist management, expect you to do what is not in your job description as an account manager, then they pay you the absolute bare minimum, bang on about the importance of mental health yet they make you worse. take on the role and you won't ever see a pay rise unless you brown nose for it. Micro managing is what they love best and it is nothing short of degrading as an adult you expect to be treated like an adult this is not the case really feels like school. other departments don't communicate properly and processes take far too long.
