Pros

Highly successful bill pay business with great potential to help our customers drive sustainability. Plenty of smart and experienced colleagues. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Years of mediocre leadership has resulted in program failures, wasted resources and many, many wonderful employees walking out the door. The digital transformation project was mostly a failure. There is a lack of transparency around offshoring critical business functions. Failed Digital leadership has led not only to the loss of exceptional employees, but also confusing team structures, poor technology decisions and failed outcomes. And most recently, we had a RIF where we lost many loyal, long term employees, even after being reassured that no jobs would be lost. Yet at the same time, certain leaders remain and continue to drive good people away. At the end of the day, there is a huge disconnect between lofty mission statements and executing for our customers. So, in a word: disappointed.

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
