      Pros

      Ecova is very invested in seeing it's employees succeed. Recently rolled out a new training program that all employees have access to. You can choose different paths and go through a series of videos and activities that help you excel on the topic. Having a volunteer day is one of my favorite things. This company encourages people to give back to our environment. The office offers recycling and composting as option when throwing your trash away. Very environmentally friendly! Definitely lives out it's mission.

      Cons

      Bonus seems to be wish-washy, but it's the first year for this new program. Interested to see how it turns out.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
