Pros

Progressive organization that understands it needs to get better. Constant improvement at every level is the expectation. Open to new ideas on a daily basis, open door policy at just about every level. The VP meets with the entire team daily to encourage open communication. The company is focused on growing and adapting to the market place. We work hard, and stay late whenever we need to, but the atmosphere inside of the team is so great that we enjoy it. The VP is awesome. Whatever you need, whenever you need it (as long as it makes sense). Will literally walk you into the CEO's office to help you get to a fast resolution. The team gets along great, and you can't help but have a good time while you're getting work done. We take pride in how much we accomplish, but we are continually trying to get better. This is hands down the best job I've ever had.

Cons

Owned by a very large company with policies that sometimes slow down a startup. Constant change can be frustrating in the moment, even though overall it is very exciting.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
