      Pros

      Lot's of potential to differ from the competition. For the most part great people and get the job done attitude and team work.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction from management and parent company (Cofely Services out of Montreal). No career advancement path at all. Management is not setting up goals or mission statement. Slow to respond to market. Need to find its specialty that distinguish from the competition but no one cares about it.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
