      Been working for ENGIE for more than 2 years now. > Still feeling welcomed and empowered to give the best. > Great collaboration with different teams in the ONE Engie approach > very autonomous way of working: no micro-management and a lot of trust inside the company.

      Cons

      > the reward and car policy can be very complicated to understand it in-depth. > sometimes hard to know your way and understand the different roles and responsibilities, in the complex structure that ENGIE has.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
