Pros

Excellent work life balance, Best company for woman, Diverse culture, Best for below average and average knowledge candidate, perfect for Females looking for corporate kitty parties, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Hats off to India country manager, masterful at maneuvering among counterparts in Paris and Dubai, skillfully holding the audience’s attention—without even putting on a show. “Indian Dhritarashtra with traits of Shakuni”

Cons

No Work(No pain no Gain), Highly political culture, unethical culture, high attrition rate, unsafe for man high occurrence of POSH cases due to so called diverse culture, misutilization of policy by women employees, Anarchy state in the company, Misutilization of authority by top management, Nightmare for one who raises voice against unethical conduct, whistle blower policy is a bane to the person who raises it.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
