Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're pleased to hear that you appreciate the flexibility, autonomy, and clarity of goals at ENGIE — these are key values we strive to maintain across the organization. We understand that some roles can feel repetitive over time. That’s why we continue to invest in professional development, with 86% of our employees trained in 2023 and a goal of 100% annually by 2030. Our internal academies and ENGIE University offer opportunities for employees to grow their skills and explore new areas, including legal, business, and digital learning programs. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to making your experience even more enriching. Warm regards, The ENGIE HR Team

Thank you for sharing your review after more than 3 years with us in Houston. We are pleased to hear that you find the overall total compensation fair compared to industry standards. At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
