      EPAM is big and thus it has mature internal rules, grow courses, comfortable place to work at, excellent device/computers support and many more. You will have everything you need for work there. Even more you'll have a chance to attend free English courses, you will have your own mentor and mentorship program that will help you grow as a professional. In EPAM you'll have a possibility to switch between projects and thus to work with wider technology stack. You should choose EPAM if you want comfortable place to work at with all technics/devices/computers you need. It will provide you a chance to grow by

      Cons

      Free space has its disadvantages, sometimes it may distract you so it may be hard to stay focused on what you do. Since it is about outsourcing you'll probably work on several projects per 1-2 years (it may be an advantage though for someone).

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
