Pros
1. Great place to grow. 2. Very supportive top management with forward vision. 3. Inspite of this tough times in Covid, Company gave good hikes, gave one time WFH bonus, enhanced the medical insurance coverage etc. Nothing more to ask 4. Good work life balance with great culture and flexibility. 5. Lots of growth opportunity for deserving candidates. 6. Good package 7. Remote working from anywhere is good initiative which allows employees to work from anywhere they want. 8. Appraisal process is very good. No limit to the growth.
Cons
Office location is little off route (Pune Station). But manageable with carpool and Local travel which avoids road traffic.
