      Nothing special to mention here.

      Cons

      They told you work over time and do whatever clients told you. There is no overtime pay. They told you work in this industry you can't expect not working over time. There is no one bring you onboard. You are on your own. Teammates don't talk and help each other. No culture and teamwork.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
