      Safe, predictable, lots of projects to choose from and opportunities to grow, relocation opportunities, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Low compensation. Bureaucracy. Non-engineering staff is hard to deal with. Frequently vague and poorly written corporate policies which can be applied to anything.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
