      Pros

      Good carrier plan system proper benefits focus on personal satisfactory good feedback system on your work

      Cons

      A lot depends on the project you get. If you stuck on a project which is lack of interesting opportunities / has a bad project manager (which as I see after 5 month is rarely) / you don't like it for any reason - it can be difficult to move on to another one.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
