      Pros

      Great international atmosphere, great working conditions and benefits and possibility to advance if you are productive and have a hand with people. Also great if you want to learn another foreign language. I suggest Spanish, since they dominate the EPO in numbers.

      Cons

      If you don´t like repetitive tasks, such as daily reading of patent applications, don´t bother.

      Nice people around you, work-life balance, not very high level stress, enough autonomy.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, un-competitive salary.
